12 Months RTB Warranty
Our Return To Base (RTB) Warantee is automatically included for 12 months. This includes telephone support available on a best-effort basis (it may take a little longer to repond when we are busy). If you opt for our professional installation, you would be updated to priority telephone support.
Optional On-Site Warranty
With our optional On-Site Warranty, you are guaranteed a fixed cost for an unlimited number of engineer call outs (subject to fair usage policy).

Pay-As-You-Go Engineer Call-Out
On-site support is provided by our Call-Out service which is available to cover faulty system components. This is available on a pay-as-you-go basis, and can be initiated through Telephone Support. It allows you to just pay for what you need when you need it. Alternatvely, if you are looking for a known fixed cost for your support, it could be more efficient to consider our fixed annual support package. Often, the cost of annual support is lower than the cost of two site visits.

Hassle Free Deployment
Our installers will visit site with your new system and carefully install the equipment, run any required data cabling and power (including any Power over Ethernet) and will enable correct internet operation.

Optimum WiFi Coverage
The WiFi points will also be placed for optimum WiFi signal coverage, and the final system will be fully tested. The installer will also be available to provide assistance and familiarisation with the new system.

Integrate into any Existing Equipment
Attending an installation also means we can integrate the solution into any existing equipment, PCs, router or network which you may already have on-site. If you need a new router, or even new broadband, we can also provide these as well.
