The Service

This service provides remote support for specified workstations and laptops.

The failure of a workstation can mean a great deal of wasted time for the user and subsequently for the business. Our remote workstation support means that Teleostec can reach a larger section of the network and diagnose and resolve the problem quickly to get the individual user back to work.

This package can accommodate critical workstations only, or the whole complement depending on the client's requirements. Pricing is based on a per workstation basis, so you can choose as many or as few workstations as you wish to be covered.

Most problems can be resolved remotely but where an onsite visit is required an engineer will respond within a pre-defined period to deal with the fault. The time the engineer spends onsite will be charged at the standard callout rate.

We will respond within 8 hours for a workstation problem.

Remote Workstation Support - Option 1

Includes unlimited calls and remote support. Minimum contract 12 months

  • 1-9 PCs: £14.99 per PC per month
  • 10-19 PCs: £13.99 per PC per month
  • 20 PCs or more: Please call

Remote Workstation Support - Option 2

Includes unlimited calls and remote support. Also includes on-site workstation support*. Minimum contract 12 months

  • 1-9 PCs: £24.99 per PC per month
  • 10-19 PCs: £23.99 per PC per month
  • 20 PCs or more: Please call

Remote Workstation Support is charged as an annual fee payable in advance. The exact amount is dependent on the number of workstations covered. If an onsite visit is required to resolve an issue for customers on Option 1, this will be charged at Teleostec's standard callout rate. Onsite visits are free for Option 2 customers.
