The Service

Teleostec Scheduled Visits are part of the comprehensive support package we provide. They are a cost-effective way to employ regular, consistent support for all your IT systems without having to go to the expense of employing a full-time technician.

You are guaranteed a monthly support visit from your assigned technician who will ensure your systems are all running smoothly.

Monthly visits from your assigned technician.

The services supplied will include the support of application software, installation of new hardware and software, testing back-up systems, restoration of data, consultancy in the further development and usage of your IT systems, general house-keeping and trouble-shooting.

During our visits we will also address any ongoing problems or issues as they arise. The duration of on-site visits will be mutually agreed after consultation and can be reviewed in month six. There is a minimum requirement of 2 hours on-site per month.

Costs

Scheduled On-Site Visits

Qualifies for reduced hourly rate. Minimum contract 12 months

  • Discounted rate: £75 per hour

The on-site visits will be prepaid and therefore qualify for our reduced rate. Any other non-emergency call-outs or ad hoc work will also be charged at the reduced rate. The cost is calculated on Teleostec's current discounted hourly rate and the duration of each monthly visit.
