The Service

This is our entry level support service that provides professional support for enterprise servers. Most business critical facilities are hosted on servers e.g. file storage, email, databases and when one of these fails, it affects all users and often leads to an interruption of business.

Our daily health check service catches small problems - before they cause big disasters. They'll be reported directly to our engineers so they can act to prevent the problem from causing you any downtime at all. We are different from other service providers. We don't just sit on our hands waiting for you to have a problem and call us. Our system proactively checks your servers, identifies issues and alerts us so that we can resolve them immediately.

Teleostec Server Support ensures server problems are resolved quickly so that business can continue. Most problems can be resolved remotely, but where an onsite visit is required an engineer will respond within a pre-defined period to deal with the fault. The time the engineer spends onsite will be charged at the standard callout rate.

We will respond to a server problem within 4 hours.

Remote Server Support - Option 1

Includes unlimited calls and remote support. Minimum contract 12 months

  • 2 Servers: £29.99 per server per month
  • 3 Servers or more: Please call

Remote Server Support - Option 2

Includes unlimited calls and remote support. Also includes on-site server support*. Minimum contract 12 months

  • 1 Server: £49.99 per month
  • 2 Servers: £45.99 per server per month
  • 3 Servers or more: Please call

Remote Server Support is charged as an annual fee payable in advance. The exact amount is dependent on the number of servers covered. If an onsite visit is required to resolve an issue for customers on Option 1, this will be charged at Teleostec's standard callout rate. Onsite visits are free for Option 2 customers.
