For business customers we automatically provide a professional survey and installation, and 12 months business support which includes priority telephone support, 24/7 proactive remote monitoring, and our 12 months Return To Base (RTB) warranty.
Priority Business Telephone Support
Telephone support is available for all customers. Business Telephone support is provided on a priority basis (subject to fair usage policy) and includes an unlimited number of calls. All calls will be dealt with on a 1st line level, and can be escalated to a 2nd line level for more technical investigation if required.
Advanced Remote 24/7 Monitoring for Instant Support
The Guest Access controllers include an advanced embedded monitoring capability. This enables real time monitoring and reporting on all key components in your the solution. Monitoring can be accessed locally on the gateway controller and is also monitored remotely on a 24/7 basis at our operations centre. This approach allows us to react far quicker to any issues which may arise and keeps your service up and running.
Optional On-Site Warranty
With our optional On-Site Warranty, you are guaranteed a fixed cost for an unlimited number of engineer call outs (subject to fair usage policy).

Expert Solution Design
Full coverage analysis of the required coverage will ensure we place all wifi access points in the optimum locations. Our design will ensure efficient IP data network connectivity including, where needed, Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching and routing, firewall and security configuration and efficient internet access.
Hassle Free Deployment
Our installers will visit site with your new system and carefully install the equipment, run any required data cabling and power (including any Power over Ethernet) and will enable correct internet operation. The WiFi points will also be placed for optimum WiFi signal coverage, and the final system will be fully tested. Where requred, training will also be provided.
Integrate into any Existing Network & IT Systems
Attending an installation also means we can integrate the solution into any existing equipment, PCs, router or network which you may already have on-site. If you need a new router, or even new broadband, we can also provide these as well.

Teleostec carries out professional installations in line with industry best practice and standards and obtains Bicsi training to ensure those high standards are maintained.

Our system is easy to use. Nevertheless, we are available to provide any assistance or familiarisation as required. In addition, to help onging support, all installations are fully documented, with complete records of the system installed and its configuration.
